 Plagiarism Screening Policy

All manuscripts submitted to the International Journal of Excellent Leadership (IJEL) are checked for similarity prior to the peer-review process. IJEL uses professional plagiarism detection software, including Turnitin and iThenticate, to verify the originality of submissions.

Similarity Policy

  • Articles exceeding 20% overall similarity or containing more than 2% similarity from a single source (excluding references) may be returned to authors for revision or rejected without peer review.
  • Manuscripts containing plagiarism, fabricated data, falsification, self-plagiarism, duplicate publication, or unethical citation practices will be rejected immediately.
  • Authors may be requested to provide raw data, ethical permissions, research proof, or other supporting evidence if needed.

Responsibility

  • Authors are fully responsible for ensuring the originality and ethical compliance of their manuscripts.
  • Detection of serious ethical misconduct will result in notifying the authors’ affiliated institution and future submissions may be restricted.
