International Journal of Excellent Leadership (IJEL) provides immediate and free open access to all articles upon publication. According to our Open Access policy, all published articles can be read, downloaded, shared, and printed without restrictions.

No Fees
IJEL does not charge any fees for article submission, editorial and refereeing procedures, or publication. All articles that pass the double-blind peer review process and are accepted are published free of charge after the approval of the editorial board.

Repository Policy

DOI registration is currently in process for all future IJEL articles.
